Hi, I’m Ompiga Farmer, a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Seguin, Texas. I combine primary care, mental health, wellness, medical weight management, and aesthetics to provide personalized, patient-centered care.

My approach begins with listening, understanding your goals, and helping you feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout your care journey.

Education & Experience
Ompiga earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayland Baptist University in 2018 and her Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in 2021. In 2025, she completed her Post-Graduate Certificate in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing at Wilkes University.
